• In order to secure all the best in the education of your daughter, the maximum co-operation between you and school authorities is necessary. We earnestly recommend that you look in to your daughter's handbook daily and see to it that the homework assigned for the next day is done. Remarks made in it should be seen and countersigned regularly.
  • You are requested not to visit the class room during the Class hours, as such visits are not allowed.
  • Criticism of your daughter's teacher or the school in her presence should be studiously avoided, because it causes her to lose respect of her teacher, with the consequent failure to learn from her. Should you have a legitimate complaint, speak to the principal.
  • As your daughter advances in age, guide her to become a resourceful and useful member of the home and country. Encourage self help for work and study. Show her how to keep her room tidy, make her own bed, polish her own shoes, carry her own bag, etc. The information of such habits early in life inculcates in her the idea of the dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue necessary for a successful career in life.
  • Should there be an infectious disease in your home, please report the fact to the Principal at once and do not send your daughter to class, till the danger of infection has passed.
  • Withdrawal of your daughter from classes for mere social functions is not recommended, because it retards her progress in school and minimises her respect for hard work, with the consequent failure to make progress in her studies.
  • As the medium of instruction in this school is English, your daughter should be helped to follow her classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular English conversation at home.
  • Parents are kindly requested to co-operate in the work of the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking a daily interest in their children's progress.
  • Parents are requested not to engage in any activity, trading or commercial in nature, with any of the staff of the school, which will in anyway affect Student-Teacher relationship.
  • Those parents who desire to go through the answer scripts may do so on the day of the PTA Meeting or within 3 days from issuing of the Report Card.
  • Health is more important than attendance. In case of illness during an examination, your daughter's performance in the subject / subjects missed will be decided on the basis of the term's work in consultation with her previous records. When a student is ill she should not to be sent to school. This holds good for test and examination days also.
  • Parents are required to inform the school authorities in writing if the child suffers from any chronic ailment, allergy or any other medical illness.
